Working is no more a stress now!!
Work life balance is an important topic for all of us in today's world. I started realizing it in my Thirties but now I feel it is even needed for a school kid :). I can share my journey as example to start with. When I started my career I used to work late nights as I had the fear to accomplish myself. Then started observing these signs in my lifestyle: 1. Started feeling tired after work like my eyes are over used. 2. Started waking up tired by not having quality sleep. 3. Feeling not motivated to try new things. 4. And most importantly not feeling like smiling or laughing:) Luckily got into yoga classes held in my office which was a turning point in my life. Eventually I got inspired from like minded folks about healthy eating. Then followed few tips like Splitting my day for mindful eating and fitness.
